Haruka Sakura, a lonely delinquent high school student, becomes a member of Boufuurin, a group that protects the town. Through his involvement, he connects with the local people, clashes with the Shishigashira gang, and eventually becomes the class leader of Year 1, Class 1. Just then, he learns that his classmate Anzai’s childhood friend, Nagato, is in danger. To save him, Sakura leads his classmates, including Nirei and Subaki, to KEEL’s hideout. There, they face KEEL’s leader, Shingo Natori. A wave of fear-driven domination and overwhelming violence crashes down on Sakura and his friends.
