My Hero Academia Celebrates 100 Million Comics Sold

On April 4, 2024, with the release of its 40th volume, “My Hero Academia” achieved a monumental record by surpassing 100 million copies in total global circulation.

To celebrate this achievement, author Kohei Horikoshi unveiled a special illustration and message featuring the main characters — Deku, Bakugo, Todoroki, All Might, and Mirio — all celebrating together.

And also two special campaigns have been launched. The first campaign, hosted by “Jump+” and “Zeblack,” will provide free access to 398 episodes of “My Hero Academia” for one month, from April 4 to May 5, 2024.

The second campaign, “U.A. High School’s Tour of Japan,” features students from Class 1-A in newspaper ads across all 47 prefectures of Japan, depicting their imagined tour of the country for one week, from April 4 to 10, 2024. A special website will sequentially reveal the students’ preparations and “The Field Trip Guide”.
