Synopsis
Lazaro was a team formed to find Skinner. Axel joined them, and together they began the search. Then, the hacker Elena discovered that Skinner had once purchased a nuclear shelter. The group split into two teams—one headed to the shelter, the other to the company that sold it. But then, mysterious men of unknown identity and nationality began to appear one after another. Chaos broke out among the group. Who are these men, and what do they want…?

LAZARUS is a sci-fi action anime created by Shinichirō Watanabe, known for Cowboy Bebop and Samurai Champloo, and produced by studio MAPPA. Set in the year 2052, the story follows a global crisis sparked by genius scientist Skinner, who reveals his painkiller contains a poison that kills three years after use. To save humanity, an elite team called Lazarus is formed.
