Story
Maomao suddenly disappeared from the rear palace. There were no clues in the Jade Palace either. When Jinshi asked about her recent actions at the medical office, he also noticed that her cat, Momo, was missing. Rōmon, who was listening to the conversation, suggested that finding Momo might lead them to Maomao. With the medicinal herbs she had last handled, he began searching within the palace.
Meanwhile, Maomao and Xiaozui, who had been captured by Suirei, were being taken somewhere outside the rear palace. As she observed Suirei’s strange behavior and unclear intentions, Maomao came to a certain realization.
